For many years, Carissa and Heidi have honed their bartending skills in some of Crested Butte's finest (and busiest!) establishments. These two creative and hard-working woman share a love of craft cocktails and an unwavering dedication to reliable, professional, and efficient service.

As a team, Carissa and Heidi form an elegant yin and yang of cocktail mixology. Heidi spent eight years for the renowned Montanya Distillers in Crested Butte, ultimately gaining and in-depth knowledge of craft cocktail creation while perfecting classic favorites.  Carissa is trained in the traditional sense of putting together beautiful, classic cocktails that she always serves with a smile.

Heidi was born and raised in Western Colorado grew up riding and showing horses. When she’s not behind the bar, she’s also an avid mountain biker, skier and devoted wife and mother of two.

Quick to smile and quick to laugh, Carissa is a child of New England who grew up maple sugaring, skiing, and hiking. She expresses herself through art, athletics and the best latte in town. Carissa believes that the best service is always genuine, kind, helpful and efficient. Together, these two always bring cheerful, and confident professionalism.
